Reviews for the 2007 production:
“This brand new musical comedy is a retelling of Cinderella. But in this version, the rich girl only finds happiness when she turns her back on wealth and fame and discovers there's more to life than lipgloss, Louis Vuitton handbags and rockstar boyfriends...they've produced an entertaining and fast moving musical with a message...It's good to see a show about today's world. I bet you haven't see a dance routine for computer avatars before! And if you don't know what they are, you're not of the internet age.”
Martin Borley, BBC Radio Northamptonshire
“Wow...You have got yourselves a show! The two Kayes have done well - Act II makes it - that works really well...Good lyrics. Fine Tunes. Well played....Act II begins with a super song 'Nearly' - very well performed vy the three clever young women. I like Daddy and Zip the paparazzo too. Also the punk star was good...it was a joyous and entertaining evening. The show has real guts!!"
Oliver Bayldon, BBC Drama
